Services for Mrs. Kathryn Jennings were today at St. Luke's Episcopal Church with Father Paul Shields Walker officiating. Burial will be in South Bend, Ind., where George A. Smith and Sons will fly the body to Highland Cemetery. Mrs. Jennings, 59, died Sunday morning at JacksonMadison County General Hospital after a short illness.

She was born in South Bend but had moved to Jackson about four years ago. She lived at No. 4 Ashwood Cove. She was a retired employe of the Bendix Corporation where she had 23 years service in Bendix's Brake and Steering Division as a receptionist. She attended St. Luke's Church and held membership in the Ladies Golf Association and Jackson Golf and Country Club.

She leaves her widower, Richard T. Jennings Sr.; a son, Richard T. Jennings Jr. of Charleston, W. Va.; and her mother-in-law, Mrs. Ellen A. Tyler of South Bend.

Another funeral service will be held in South Bend at 2 p.m. Thursday.
