SCHAEFER, HARRY W. Lansing Age 64, died Thursday, Oct. 30, 1980 at a local hospital. He was a resident of Lansing for 26 years. He was a Major with the U.S. Army during WWII. Mr. Schaefer was a 1941 graduate of Purdue University Pharmacy School, and 32nd Degree Mason, and a member of the Amity Lodge #559 F&A.M. He was Automotive Manager of FMC in Lansing retiring after 25 years in 1972.

Surviving besides the wife, Etta M.; are 3 children, Barbara A. and Susan M. Schaefer of Lansing; 1 son, William L. and daughter-in-law, Shirley B. Schaefer of Kokomo, Ind.; 1 grandson, Michael D. of Kokomo, Ind.; mother, Florence M. Schaefer of South Bend, Inc.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Palmer Bush Funeral Home with Rev. C. Lee Filker officiating. Interment will follow at Deepdale Memorial Park. The family will receive their friends Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 at the Palmer Bush Funeral Home.
