SOUTH BEND Irma H. (Michaels) Waszak, 85, of Fort Wayne, formerly of South Bend, died Thursday in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Survivors include two sons, David A. of South Bend and John J. of Fort Wayne; and three brothers, Ralph and Jerome Michaels, both of South Bend and Emil Michaels of Fort Collins, Colo.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Little Flower Catholic Church. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Hickey Funeral Home, 17131 Cleveland Road.
