PAUL K. KELLEY DIES OF POLIO IN SOUTH AMERICA
Paul K. Kelley, aged about 32. a former resident here. and recently stationed in South America as representative of a Chicago import-export firm, died in Lima, Peru last Thursday night of bulbar poliomyelitis, according to word received by friends here.
He was in Lima on a business trip when became ill and entered a hospital. He died within a few hours, during a consultation of physicians.
Mr. Kelley, a son of the late M. J. Kelley and Mrs. Kelley, well known here for several years, was a graduate of Central High school. He resided in Chicago for some time before transferring to South America. His mother resides in California.
Mr. Kelley was to have been married this month in South America to a young woman who was plänning to fly there soon.
It is expected that the body will be returned here for funeral rites and burial but arrangements are not known here
