Henrietta "Hank" Karwowski

SOUTH BEND - Henrietta "Hank" Karwowski, 78, of Sorin Street, died at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in her home after an illness. Miss Karwowski retired from AM General Corp. as an exeuctive secretary and was a former Studebaker Corp. employee.

She was born April 26, 1916, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident. She is survived by three sisters, Irene Schubert of South Bend, Ann Riska of Houston and Mary Dorn of Lansing, Ill. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in the church. Burial will be in S...Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday in Kaniewski Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 3 p.m
