Ruth E. (Hammond) Wolfe

Ruth E. Wolfe, 83, died at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23, in Miller's Merry Manor, Wakarusa, Ind. She was born in Oak Park, Ill., on May 27, 1917, and had lived in this area most of her life.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Sadie (Paige) Hammond.

Mrs. Wolfe attended the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall Mishawaka South.

As Ruth Hammond she married Lauren Wolfe in South Bend, Ind. on July 13, 1941. He survives. She is also survived by a daughter, Elaine (David) Hubanks of Mishawaka, Ind.; a son, Bryan (Karen) Wolfe of Granger, Ind; and by six grandchildren, Charity Hollingsworth of Mishawaka, Lindsay Wolfe of Granger, Jilt Hiner of Mishawaka, Mitchell Wolfe of Elkhart, Ind., Ben Hubanks of Mishawaka and Jonathan Hubanks of Mishawaka:

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m; today, Sept. 26, in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 | N: Main Street, Mishawaka, where funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept 27, with Brother Paul Troxell officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, Ind
