MRS. HARLEY, 21, DIES SUDDENLY. Stricken in Office With a Heart Attack.
A heart attack suffered at 3:10 p. m., Tuesday in a downtown physician's office caused the death of Mrs. Jack L. Harley. aged 21, of E 615 North Main street, according to a verdict rendered today by Deputy Coroner H. H. Rodin.
Mrs. Harley, a chronic sufferer from asthma and hay fever, had been given an injection for the affliction.
Mrs. Harley was born Aug. 21, 1917, in South Bend. She was graduated in 1935 from South Bend Central High school.
As Miss Dorothy May Ham, she was married Feb. 22, 1936, in South Bend, to Mr. Harley, who survives. Also surviving is her father, Arthur Ham, Granger; her mother, Mrs. Grace Weidel, Day road; a daughter, Sherry May, at home, a sister, Miss Florence Ham, Granger, and her grandmother, Mrs. John Mikesell, South Bend.
Friends will be received in the Bubb chapel until 10 a.m. Thursday and then in the residence until 10 a. m. Friday
