Donald W. Ferguson, 45, of 2602 Eisenhower Ave., died 5:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, Minn., after an illness of four months. He was born Dec. 24, 1915 in Traverse City, Mich., and lived in South Bend for five years, coming from Fort Wayne. He was a representative of the AFL-CIO.
In 1950 in Richmond, Ind., he married Eunice Gajewski, who survives. Surviving in addition to his widow are a son and daughter, Douglas Charles and Patrice Ann, both at home, and four brothers, Dewey J., Richard C., Walter J. and Hugh R., all of South Bend.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the St. Joseph Funeral Home Chapel where services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday
