SOUTH BEND - Ruth I. West, 83, of Pinellas Park, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died Saturday in St. Anthony's Hospital, St. Petersburg, Fla., of natural causes.

Survivors include a son, Tom H. of St. Petersburg; and a sister, Mary Langford of St. Louis.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Riverview Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Welsheimer Funeral Home is handling arrangements
