Daniel P. Laure

Daniel P. Laure, 61, of Florissant, Mo., formerly of South Bend, died Thursday in Florissant. He was retired from McDonald-Douglas Aircraft Co. He was born June 5, 1926, in South Bend.

On Jan. 17, 1948, he married Elizabeth Arigan, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mary Carpenter of Sycamore, Ill., and Carol Laure of Florissant; four sons, Phillip of Riverside, Calif., Daniel of Pensacola, Fla., Robert of Saint Peters, Mo., and Joseph of Marthasville, Mo.; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Jeanne Weber of Reading, Mich.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Buchholz Valley of Flowers Mortuary, Florissant. Burial will be in Jefferson Barricks National Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. today in the funeral home.
