Leo Noble Cunningham Jr.

SOUTH BEND - Leo N. Cunningham, 87, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 in Sanctuary at St. Paul's. Born July 4, 1926, Leo was the son of the late Leo and Nina (Hutchinson) Cunningham.

On October 27, 1951, he married Kathryn Kizla. She preceded him in death in 2006. His daughter, Susan Columbus, also preceded him in death.

He is survived by his son, Scott Cunningham of South Bend; and two grandchildren, Harry Bramson of Atlanta, GA and Lauren Bramson of Pittsburg, PA.

Leo graduated from Central High School in 1944, and retired from Bendix as an aircraft supervisor in 1982. He was a former member of First Christian Church. Leo loved golf; and Fall was his favorite time of the year.

Friends may call today from 5-7 pm at the McGann Hay, Forest G. Hay Chapel, 435 S. Ironwood Drive. Funeral services will be conducted at 11AM, Friday, at Southside Christian Church, 1329 Jackson Rd., South Bend, with visitation one hour prior.
