Services for Warren O. Keltner, 72, of Fort Wayne, formerly of South Bend and Elkhart, who died at 9:55 a.m. Monday in Fort Wayne Lutheran Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Klaehn's South Anthony Chapel Funeral Home, 5700 S. Anthony, Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today and one hour before services Thursday in funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Mr. Keltner retired in 1980 from Indiana Michigan Power Co. after 42 years service. He was born Sept. 13, 1915, in Elkhart, and lived in South Bend until 1957, moving to Fort Wayne.

His wife, the former Betty J. Kirby, survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Sandra J. Deuter of Jonesboro, Ark., and Caroline A. Lewis of Rensselaer; a son, Alan L. of Shorewood, Wis.; five grandchildren; a sister, Alice Axton of West Lafayette, Ind.; and a brother, Dale of Avon Park, Fla.

Mr. Keltner was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Fort Wayne, and a charter member of the Fort Wayne Chapter of Civil War Round Tables.

He was a veteran of World War II.
