Dr. Robert T. Hazinski

Dr. Robert T. Hazinski, 45, of Griffith, Ind., died in a local hospital yesterday as a result of an airplane accident which occurred Saturday near Cochran Field. A medical doctor, Hazinski was born in South Bend, Ind., the son of Joseph R. Hazinski and Mrs. Martha Kowalik Hazinski.

He was a member of the Catholic Church.

Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Mary Dornes of Griffith; one daughter, Miss Margaret Mary Hazinski, also of Griffith; two sisters, Mrs. Theresa Grear and Mrs. Beatrice Moore, both of South Bend; two brothers, Remigius Hazinski, Milwaukee, and Arthur Hazinski, South Bend, and several nieces and nephews.

The body is being sent to Griffith where funeral services will be held. Hart's Mortuary was in charge of local arrangements.
