SOUTH BEND - Richard A. Chlebowski, 93, of Port Orange, FL, passed away on August 27th, 2009. He was born in South Bend, IN, on December 12, 1915, to Maciej and Aniela Chlebowski. Richard enjoyed his family and loved to fly.

Richard is survived by his brother, Arthur Chlebowski of Edwardsburg, MI, and numerous nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his loving wife, Olga Chlebowski; parents, Maciej and Aniela; brother, Norbert Chlebowski; sisters, Irene Nowacki and Geraldine Szymanski.
