WILLIAM C. ZOSS, 71, of Tampa died Sunday. A native of South Bend, Ind., he moved to the Tampa area in 1976 from Courtland, Ohio. He was owner of Buccaneer Chrysler-Plymouth from 1976 to 1981 and an Army Air Corp veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon R.; three daughters, Amy Rey, Kelley Zoss and Jennifer Bowles, all of Tampa; two sons, James of Battle Creek, Mich., and Richard residence not given; one brother, Alan Roger of Jackson, Mich.; and one sister, Donna Waters of Ocala.
