SOUTH BEND - David B. Levy, 68, of Dearfield Beach, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died of natural causes at 9:27 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph Hospital, Mishawaka. Mr. Levy retired from Levy Ward Inc.

He was born Sept. 18, 1925, in South Bend.

Surviving are a niece, Susan Farhi of New Jersey; and a nephew, Edward Arentz of New York.

Services will be at 2:15 p.m. today in the Chapel of Hebrew Orthodox Cemetery, Mishawaka. Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, South Bend, was in charge of arrangements
