Thomas A. Hynes, Jr. 81, Bradenton, FL, died October 10, 2006. Born April 8, 1925 in South Bend, IN, he wintered in Bradenton since 1981, and moved full time in 1988 from Indianapolis, IN.

He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

He graduated from the University of Notre Dame. He was a lifetime member of Knights of Columbus and Indianapolis Traffic Club. He was a member of Manatee County Golf League, Indianapolis Motor Transportation Club, Notre Dame Club in Indianapolis and Notre Dame Club of the Florida Gulf Coast in Sarasota, FL.

Survivors include his wife, Clara H. and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Mass is 2 p.m., Thursday, October 19 at Saints Peter & Paul the Apostles Catholic Church, 2850 75th St. W, Bradenton. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes 43rd St. Chapel in Bradenton in charge of arrangements.

Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
