June Alice (Carlson) Nawrot

June Nawrot ,70, of Charlotte, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2000 at her home. Mrs. Nawrot was born September 18, 1929 in Southbend, Indiana, and was the daughter of the late Cunning and Lillian Carlson. June worked as a hostess at the Cracker Barrel in Charlotte for several years.

A service will be held Wednesday, July 26, 2000 at 2:00 P.M. in Christ United Methodist Church to celebrate her life.

Mrs. Nawrot is survived by her husband, James; two daughters, Roxanne Scherman of West Columbia, SC and Nancy Twisselman of Kansas City, MO; two grandsons, Carl Scherman of West Columbia, SC and Nathan Twisselman of Kansas City, MO; two granddaughters, Stacey Scherman of West Columbia, SC and Anna Twisselman of Kansas City, MO; eight sisters, Ruth Moore and Gertrude Tuesley of Southbend, IN, Pauline Pickenpack, Evelyn Brandley and Margaret Berger of Bellair Bluffs, FL, Irene Crone of Noblesville, IN, Joann Mays of Logansport, IN and Beverly Chachulski of Shelbyville, MI.

Arrangements, are Whittington, in the care Dilworth of Chapel, 1111 East Blvd.
