James B. Wilson
March 15, 1915 - Dec. 19, 1990
SOUTH BEND - James Boyce Wilson, 75, of Lake Wales, Fla., and formerly of South Bend died at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday at his home in Lake Wales, after an illness. Mr. Wilson was a retired bus driver from Transpo in South Bend.
He was born March 15, 1915, in Wyatt, moving to South Bend in 1946 from Wyatt.
He married Ruth J. Cline who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Shirley Newcomer of Nappanee; two sons, Robert E. of Franklin, Ind., and James Lee of Seattle, Wash.; and 10 grandchildren.
He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Saddlebag Lake Community Church, Lake Wales, and Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion, both of South Bend.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Saddlebag Lake Community Church. Friends may call from 3 to 5 Saturday at Lake Wales Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
