SOUTH BEND - Chester J. Robaska, 80, of Park South Boulevard, died at 7:30 a.m. today in his home.

Mr. Robaska retired in 1980 from Bendix Corp. after 41 years of service in the Aerospace Division. He was born June 4, 1915, in South Bend.

On May 31, 1975, in South Bend, he married Henrietta Walorski. She survives with a daughter, Karen Jozwiak of Granger; a son, Kenneth of Niles; a stepson, David Walorski of South Bend; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Gertrude Farkas of Kalamazoo.

He was a member of Epworth Memorial United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge 45, Scottish Rite Valley of South Bend, Bendix Senior Management Club, Bendix Management Club, Bendix Local 9, Bowlers Country Club, and American Legion Post 50.

He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, where Masonic services will be at 7:30 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to Masonic Home, Franklin, Ind., or Home Care Visiting Nurses Association
