Virginia Jane (Pridmore) Pinter

Aug. 10, 1914 - May 4, 1993

MISHAWAKA - Virginia J. Pinter, 78, of Ottawa Court, formerly of 2176 Inglewood Place, died about 9:55 p.m. Tuesday in her home after an illness.

Mrs. Pinter retired as a registered nurse from the South Bend Clinic in 1984. She was born Aug. 10, 1914, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

On Jan. 24, 1955, in South Bend, as Virginia Pridmore, she married Michael R. Pinter. He died Jan. 30, 1970.

She is survived by a son, Timothy M. of Mishawaka; and two grandchildren, Michael and Kristin Pinter of Mishawaka.

She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
