Edward J. Nowak

Feb 3, 1914 - May 3, 1961

Edward Nowak, 47, of Clinton St., died at 6.15 p.m Wednesday in Memorial Hospital, after week's illness. He was a machinist at the Bendix Corp.

Born South Bend on Feb, 3, 1914, he was married on Feb 6, 1940, in St. Stephen's Catholic Church to Mathilda Molnar, who survives.  Also surviving two daughters, Barbara and Jacqueline, both at home; four sisters, Mrs. Virginia Robaska and Mrs. Mathilda Stachowski, both of South Bend, Mrs. Gladys Worny and Mrs. Henrietta Sinka, both of Mishawaka; and brother, Chester, of South Bend.

Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the St. Joseph Funeral Home Chapel.
