Katherine V. (Mikulay) Williams

Katherine V. Williams, 69, of 52663 Lynnewood Ave. died at 3 p.m. Sunday in her home.

She was employed at Portage Manor as a seamstress. Born March 10, 1915, in Porter, Ind., she lived in South Bend most of her life.

On Feb. 15, 1936, in South Bend, as Katherine Mikulay, she married Al Williams: He survives with three sons, Jerome Francis and Fredric Joseph, both of South Bend, and James Stephen at Travis Air Force Base in California; five grandchildren; a brother, Frank Mikulay of Brentwood, Calif.; and her mother, Vera Mikulay of South Bend.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Corpus Christi Catholic Church, and burial will follow in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 09 p.m. today in Zahoran Funeral. Home where a parish rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m.

She was a member of the South Bend Turner Women's Auxiliary, the South Bend Bridge Club Association and the church.
