Henry J. Kubiak

SOUTH BEND - Henry J. Kubiak, 86, who resided in the home of his daughter, Susan Minnes, .on Eastmont Drive, died Wednesday in St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center of natural causes.

Survivors include four daughters, Linda Cira of Bremen, Susan Minnes and Judy Richart, both of South Bend, and Terri Farmer of Virginia Beach, Va.; a son, Henry J. of Niles; and a sister, Harriet Nowicki of South Bend.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. today in Saint Joseph's Regional Medical Center Chapel. There will be no visitation. Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, is handling arrangements.
