Bert S. Jankowski, age 66, of 3230 Grape Road, Mishawaka formerly of 1624 W Dunham died at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph's Medical Center after a brief illness. He was a retired letter carrier with the US Postal Service & employed by Wheel Horse Products.

Services at St. Casimir's Catholic Church, burial in S.t Joseph Cemetery. He was a veteran of WW II.

On Nov 11, 1939, he married Bernice Herman who survives with a daughter, Mrs. Beverly Dyczko; 2 sons, Richard of South Bend and James of Mishawaka; 5 grandchildren and his mother, Mrs. Antoinette Manusiewicz of Mishawaka.
