Caryl Dee (Greer) Ferguson

SOUTH BEND Caryl D. Ferguson, 78, of Sancome Avenue. died early Sunday morning in her home of natural causes.

Mrs. Ferguson retired in 1980 from F. W. Woolworth Co. after 25 years of service. She was born April 5, 1915, in Red Oak, Iowa, and lived in South Bend most of her life.

On 5, 1935. in South Bend, as Caryl D. Greer, she married Robert D. Ferguson. He died in 1986.

She is survived by a daughter, Joyce D. Settle of Cassopolis; son, Larry D. of Niles; eight grandchildren; 17 greatgrandchildren; and a brother, Alvin Greer of Santa Cruz, Calif.

She a member of Harris Prairie Church of Christ, Granger.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 4 to 8. p.m. Tuesday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka.

Memorials contributions may be made to the church.
