SOUTH BEND Services for Theresa Christine Aldridge, 73, of 515 N. Brookfield St., who died at 4 17 p.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's Medical Center, will be at 11 a m Friday at Clark's Funeral Chapel Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Aldridge was a former beautician and domestic worker. She was born Oct. 30, 1915, in Hattiesburg, Miss, and had lived in South Bend since July 8, 1917, coming from Hattiesburg,

On Oct. 31, 1938, in St. Louts, Mo., she married Dock Aldridge. He died March 15, 1961.

She is survived by four daughters, Katherine Ivory, Rose King and Gloria Jones, all of South Bend, and Vernetta Holmes of St. Louis, 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; seven sisters, Alice Coleman and Wilma Dorsey, both of South Bend, Lucille Boyd of Chicago, Catherine Williams, Naomi Miller, Mary Jane Carter and Margaret Abram, all of St. Louis; and two brothers, William C. Gaines and Robert B. Gaines, both of South Bend.

She was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church where she was a member of Sunday School, Anna Hutchinson Missionary Church, BTU and Senior Choir
