Jewel Anne (Fuller) Long

Jewel Anne Long, 77, of 4141 Ocean Drive, Apt. 309, Vero Beach, died Oct. 14, 1993, at her residence after a prolonged illness. She was born Oct. 24, 1915, in South Bend, Ind., and moved to Vero Beach in 1972 from St. Joseph, Mich. Mrs. Long volunteered with the Indian River Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and with Meals on Wheels. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church.

Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Richard; a son, Craig Long, Vero Beach; a daughter, Judith Kay Ritzler, New Smyrna Beach; a sister, Marvel Krouse, St. Petersburg; and five grandchildren.

At the family's request, there will be no visitation or repose. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Trinity Episcopal Church. The family suggests donations be made to VNA/Hospice of Indian River County, 1111 36th St., Vero Beach, Fla. 32960, or to Trinity Episcopal Church, 2338 Granada Ave., Vero Beach, Fla. 32960, in Mrs. Long's memory. Mrs. Long was a member of the Indian River Cremation Society.
