G. Gordon Fetters

Gerald Gordon Fetters, 62, of Rt. 2, Syracuse, formerly of South Bend, died at 11:30 p.m. Saturday in his residence of an apparent heart attack.

He was employed at the Studebaker Corp. until 1963, and then worked at the General Electric Co. in Fort Wayne until his retirement in 1978. He was born March 2, 1916, in South Bend and lived in Syracuse since 1965, coming from South Bend.

Survivors include a daughter, Miss Jeanette Fetters of South Bend; four sons, LeRoy and Mike, both of South Bend, Major Larry Fetters with the Army in Fort Sill, Okla., and Father Donald Fetters, C..S.C, Macia, Ariz.; two sisters, Mrs. Virginia White of South Bend and Mrs. Marilyn Robins of Seberling, Fla., and two brothers, Donald of South Bend and Glen of Bremen
