Services for Kenneth I. Douglas, 73, of 1220 E. Third St., who died at 10:42 p.m. Saturday in Countryside Place of Mishawaka after an illness, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Bubb Funeral Chapel Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral chapel

Mr. Douglas retired in 1979 from South Bend Lathe Inc. after 45 years. Born Jan. 24, 1914, in Niles, he. moved to Mishawaka 42 years ago from South Bend.

On July 4, 1936, in Mishawaka, he married the former Catherine T. Farrell. She survives with four daughters, Irene Beck, Fran. Maglera and Shirley Wieczorek, all of Mishawaka, and Carol Engstrom of South Bend; seven grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; and a sister, Bernice Scofield of Niles.

A grandson, John, and a sister, Wava Walsh, both died in 1985.

Mr. Douglas was a past president of Mishawaka Eagles Lodge Aerie
