Helen I. (Magiera) Douglas

Helen I Douglas, 70, of 1618 N. Wilber, died at 8:15 a.m. Sunday in her home after an extended illness.

She was born on Aug. 26, 1912, in South Bend and lived here all of her life.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Holy Cross Catholic Church, with Rev. Thomas Tallarida C.S.C., of Moreau Seminary, officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery at Notre Dame. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today in Kaniewski and Sons Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be recited by Rev. Albin I. Hosinski, C.S.C., of Holy Cross Church, at 7 p.m.
