Paul Arthur Lehman

SOUTH BEND Paul A. Lehman, 78, of 3415 Whitcomb Ave., died at 7:40 a.m. Saturday in his home. Mr. Lehman was a display manager for Wymans Department Store. He retired in 1978 from J.C. Penney Co. Inc., where he was a display and advertising manager for 25 years.

Mr. Lehman was bom Feb. 28, 1913, in South Bend. On Sept. 28, 1946, in South Bend, he married Helen Ann Retek.

She survives with a daughter, Arlene A. Sims of South Bend; a son, Arthur Paul of Mishawaka; four grandchildren; a sister, Elsie M. Kemble of Poway, Calif.; and a brother, Carl of South Bend. He was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church and South Bend Turners.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the church. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today in Bubb Funeral Chapel Downtown, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of SL Joseph County Inc. or the church
