Ex-Supermarket Owner Dies SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Services for Ernest Fuller (Ernie) Greenwood, 76, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Harris Prairie Church of Christ, Granger. Burial will be in Harris Prairie Cemetery. He died Thursday in Healthwin Hospital.

He was a former partner in Greenwood's Supermarket, owner of the former Ernie's Supermarket and former president of Greenwood Realty Corp. He retired in 1988. He was born in South Bend and was a lifelong resident. He was a member of the church, charter member of Lions Club of Clay Township, lifetime member of Friends of Potawatomi Zoo and Northern Indiana Historical Society, member of Izaak Walton League, St. Joseph Masonic Lodge 45, Scottish Rite Valley of South Bend, Orak Shrine Temple, Michigan City, Morris Park Country Club, Del Ray Dunes Country Club, Del Ray Beach, Fla., South Bend/Mishawaka Area Chamber of Commerce, and Better Business Bureau of South Bend.
