VICTORIA Frances Catherine Wheeler, 94, of Victoria, passed away Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007. She was born March 24, 1913 in South Bend, Ind., the daughter of Sanders and Fannie DeVries. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Victoria.

She is survived by her sister, Evelyn Cook of South Bend, Ind.; son, Dr. Bruce Wheeler and wife Renee of Victoria; daughter, Linda Platko of Victoria; grandsons, Troy Wiggen and wife Kim of Victoria, Brian Wiggen and wife Kelly of Hendersonville, N.C., and Christopher Wheeler of Victoria; granddaughter, Meredith Wheeler of Victoria; step-granddaughters, Jenny Fisher of Charleston, S.C. and Stacy Fisher of Austin; greatgrandsons, Landon Wiggen of Victoria and Ethan Wiggen of Hendersonville, N.C.; greatgranddaughters, Logan Wiggen of Victoria and Kaley Wiggen of Victoria.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 11 brothers and sisters.
