Doris "Dody" Mae Wingerter Schlottman 

Evansville - Doris "Dody" Mae Schlottman, age 87, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 10:24 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2020.

Dody was born May 28, 1932 to Victor and Ada (Brown) Wingerter. She graduated from Central High School, Class of 1949. Dody worked at Peoples Savings Bank and Old National Bank Eastside. She is resting in peace next to her husband, Richard until John 5:28-29 takes place. "Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation."

Dody is survived by her son, Rick (Cindy) Schlottman of Newburgh; brother, Jerry (Tracy) Wingerter of Evansville; grandchildren, Jennifer (Chad) Vanlaecke of South Bend and Jason Stock of Evansville; niece Lisa Wingerter and nephew Larry Wingerter.

In addition to her husband, Richard Schlottman, who passed away in 1991; Dody is preceded in death by her parents and grandsons, Aaron Schlottman and Brandon Stock.

At her request, there will be no visitation or service. Entombment will be in Oak Hill Mausoleum.
