Services at the Welsheimer Funeral Home are pending for Mrs. Betty Frances Widup, 48, of Rockaway, N.J., who died there unexpectedly Monday after an illness of several years. She was a graduate of Memorial Hospital School of Nursing.
Mrs. Widup was born Jan. 19, 1919, in South Bend and had lived here until a few years ago.
In 1940, in Baltimore, Md., she was married to Richard E. Widup, who survives a along with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Wilson of South Bend, two sons, David Paul and Richard E. Jr., both at home; and a daughter, Cecilia M., at home;
