Funeral services for Eugene M. Sessler, 51, of 701 E. Keasey St., who died Thursday in Chicago after suffering an apparent heart attack, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Forest G. Hay and Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.

He was born on Sept. 10, 1916, in Havanna, Ill., and had lived in South Bend most of his life.

In 1941, at South Bend, he married Edythe Myers. She survives along with three daughters, Mrs. Jacklyn Quinn of South Bend, and Miss Marsha and Miss Darla, both at home; four sisters, Mrs. Harry Hesser and Mrs. Maurice Verstraete,, both of Mishawaka, and Mrs. Grace Febo and Mrs. Virginia, Eddy, both of South Bend; two brothers, Norman of South Bend and Owen of Mishawaka.

Mr. Sessler was a veteran of World War II.
