Charles Anthony Rollf

Resident of Green Valley for 25 years. Born May 25, 1918. in South Bend, Ind. Died April 30, 2005.
He previously lived in Kenosha, Wis. and Northville, Mich. Charles was a truck chassis designer and became the Export And Engineering Standard Engineer for the Studebaker Corp. in South Bend, Ind.. Later, he became a Project Designer Engineer for American Motors Corp., Kenosha, Wis., and Detroit, Mich.
Charles was a member of Valley Presbyterian Church, F and AM Masonic Lodge #71 of Green Valley, Acacia, Santa Rita High Twelve of Green Valley, Elks Lodge #2592 of Green Valley and a Life Member of DAV.
Charles was a WWII Veteran in Europe. He was wounded in Germany and spent 33 months in and out of Percy Jones Military Hospital in Battle Creek, Mich.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Betty Jane Rollf, daughter Nancy Jane Partch of Green Valley, sister Velma Peacock of Kokomo, Ind., and sister-in-law Kathryn Spencer of Tulsa, Okla. Also, many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Helen Rupert of South Bend, Ind.
Memorial Service will be held Thursday, May 12, at Valley Presbyterian Church at 4 p.m
