SOUTH BEND - Ruth E. Van Meter, 83, of Regency Place, died Wednesday in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center of natural causes. Survivors include a brother, Richard R. Reasor of South Bend.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Palmer Funeral Home, South Bend, where friends may call before services.
