Walter Erastus Perkins

Word has been received of the death on Wednesday, Apr 11, 1979, of Walter E. Perkins, 61, of Mico, Tex., a former South Bend resident. He died at home following a lengthy illness. Perkins was born on Dec. 8, 1917, in South Bend.

Surviving are his widow, Marie; four daughters, Mrs. Judith Diggs, Mrs. Phyllis VandeMer and Mrs. Barbara Stickel all of San Antonio, Tex., and Mrs. Bonnie Sigwald of Rock Port, Tex.; two sons, Larry of Poteet, Tex., and Russell of Mico, and 11 grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday in the Tondre-Guinn

Funeral Home with interment afterwards in the St. Louis Cemetery, Castroville, Tex.
