Delbert Louis Paffenbach

Delbert Louis Paffenbach, 42, a former resident of South Bend, died today, Dec 30, 1960, in Leawood, Kan., after a month's illness. He was employed by the Western Electric Co. He was born in South Bend on April 5, 1918.

On Oct. 10, 1938, he married Anna Spicer of Lexington, Ky., who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Carol Ann, Sue and Debra, all at home; his mother, Mrs. Frieda Pfaffenbach of South Bend; two sisters, Mrs. Mordell Henry of San Diego and Mrs. Lois Elbel of Lee Summit, Mo.; and two brothers, Earl Pfaffenbach of the South Bend Police Department and Ralph Pfaffenbach of Rancho Cordova, Calif.

His father, Otto Pfaffenbach, died in September.

Funeral services and burial will be Monday in Kansas
