Ronald H. Lambka

Ronald H. Lambka, 78, of North Fort Myers, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died on Thursday July 4, at Health Park Hospital in North Fort Myers following an illness. Mr. Lambka retired in 1982 as the manager of publications for the Bendix Corp. of South Bend after 42 years of service. He was born Dec. 1, 1917, in Michigan City, Ind. and had lived in North Fort Myers since 1984 after moving from South Bend.
On June 29, 1941, in South Bend, he married Vena C. Brodbeck who died Oct. 21, 1990. On March 28, 1992, in Fort Myers, he married Janice L. Mullaney who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters; Connie J. Wilson of Bremen, Ind., Wendy Blohm of Plymouth, Mich., and Lori Moreland of Orlando Fla.; one granddaughter, Christa Moreland; three grandsons; Eric and Jason Wilson and Moreland; and one grandson, Shane Moreland.
Two sisters, Grace Shepherd and Marion Lambka preceded him in death.
Mr. Lambka was a member of Ridgedale Presbyterian Church, Portage Lodge 675 F &AM, Royal Arch Masons Chapter 29, Commandry 13 Knights Templar and Order of Eastern Star Chapter 2 all of South Bend; Fort Myers BPOE 1288, Bendix Senior Management Club, and a life member of the Bendix Management Club.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Ridgedale Presbyterian Church. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St. where an Eastern Star memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. and a Masonic memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association
