Benedict Jack Kwitek, 70, of Decatur died 1:46 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 15, 1986) in St. Mary's Hospital. The body will be cremated.

There will be no services. Dawson & Wikoff West Street Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorials: St. Patrick Church.

Mr. Kwitek was born in South Bend, Ind., son of Jacob and Theresa Kwitek. He was a retired pharmacist and a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.

Surviving are his daughter, Mary Jill Arnold of Waldorf, Md.; brother, Stanley J. of Chicago; sisters, Peggy Bridgewater of South Bend, Ind.; Louise Smith of San Jose, Calif.
