Blanche Rae Krauss

Miss Blanche Rae Krauss, 56, of 410 S. 25th, died at 11:55 a.m. Saturday at Healthwin Hospital after a short illness. She was employed by Drewerv's Ltd. for 25 years as secretary to the treasurer.

She was born Aug. 23, 1918, in South Bend, and lived here her lifetime. She is survived by a brother, Richard F. Krauss of Sunnyvale, Calif., two sisters, Mrs. Donald Newmann Sr. of Cupertino, Calif.; and Mrs. Robert L. Turnock of South Bend.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William. Funeral arrangments are incomplete.

Donations may be made to the St. Joseph County Cancer Society and the United Way
