DOWAGIAC Frances (Kownover) Bement, 79, of Pokagon Highway, died Monday in Lee Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Ben; two daughters, Jane Poe of Elkhart and Natalie Rector of Marshall, Mich.; and a son, Jerry of Dowagiac.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in First United Methodist Church. Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in McLauchlin-Clark Funeral Home.
