Lawrence R. "Larry" Frepan, 79, of Venice, Fla., died Monday, Nov. 11. He was born in South Bend, Ind., Nov. 4, 1917. He was a resident of Venice for 21 years, coming from South Bend.
Mr. Frepan was owner of Frepan's Florist in South Bend. He was a life member of the Elks, 50-year member of F&AM, Scottish Rite, and American Turners. He was also a member of Venice United Church of Christ, in Venice.
Mr. Frepan was a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia; two daughters, Janet Cartwright of Rochester, N.Y. and Barbara Frisk of Shipshewana, Ind.; and five grandchildren.
Memorial services will be Saturday, Nov. 16, at 11 a.m. at Venice United Church of Christ in Venice, Fla. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery, South Bend, in June of 1997. Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 2100 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293, or American Lung Association of S.W. Florida, 2201 Cantu Court, Sarasota, FL. 34232.
