Rites Here Monday For Vera (Crook) Grimm, Who Died In Alabama
Final rites for Mrs. Vera Christine Grimm, 41, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thurman Crook, of route 5, will be at two o'clock Monday at the Fisher funeral home. The Reverend Raymond Skelton will officiate and burial will be in Mt. Hope cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after seven o'clock this evening.
Her death of a heart attack occurred Friday at 11 a.m. at her home, 300 Hillview drive, Fairfield, Alabama. Born April 20, 1918, in Camden, she was the daughter of Thurman and Gladys Stanley Crook.
Her marriage on Oct. 4, 1942, in South Bend was to Arthur J. Grimm. She was a member of St. Paul's Methodist church in La Porte.
Survivors are the husband; two daughters: Janet, 13; Susan, five; Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Crook.
