Rosemary (Colella) Nate

OSCEOLA - Rosemary Nate, 72, of 55765 Ash Road, died Saturday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. With her husband, Mrs. Nate owned and operated George Nate Insurance Agency for 30 years and County Line Market for 18 years.
Mrs. Nate was born Feb. 19, 1918, in South Bend and was a lifelong resident.
On Nov. 25, 1936, in Mishawaka, she married George Nate. He died Aug. 17, 1990
Surviving are a daughter, Maryanne Denisi of Mishawaka; three sons, George Jr. of Mishawaka, and Thomas L, and Michael P., both of Osceola; 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Palmina Bamber and Mary J. Sausman, both South Bend; and a brother, Leonard Colella of Plant City, Fla.
She was a member of Queen of Peace Church, REAL Services, Rosary Society, Harvest House, and the Extension Homemaker Club.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, where a prayer service will be held at 9:15 a.m.
