Joseph W. "Bush" Buczynski

June 19, 1916 - Oct. 16, 1991

SOUTH BEND - Joseph W. "Bush" Buczynski, 75, of Fox Street, died at 11:43 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Hospital. Mr. Buczynski was an employee of the former Studebaker Corp. and retired in 1982 from the former Wheelabrator-Frye Corp., Mishawaka, where he was a precision grinder. He was born June 19, 1916, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident.

On Aug. 31, 1940, in South Bend, he married Mary Alice Miller. She survives with three sisters, Joann Sechowski, Gladys Manuszak and Bernice Nowak, all of South Bend.

He was a veteran of World War II and a member of St. Matthew Cathedral.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in St. Matthew Cathedral. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today in Hahn-DeVos Funeral Home, Mishawaka
