Jack J. Taylor

Jack J. Taylor, 40, of 825 Ashland Ave., died at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Hines (Ill.) Veterans Hospital, after an illness of six months.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry S. Taylor of South Bend; a son, Tommy Carlton Taylor, in California, and two sisters, Mrs. K. C. Sickafoose and Mrs. Ira J. Campbell, both of South Bend.

A veteran of World War II and the Korean In War, he was a graduate of South Bend College of Commerce and attended Cathage (Ill.) Colege and Valparaiso University. He was a member of Bendix Post 384, American Legion. Mr. Taylor, who had lived most his lifetime in South Bend, was born here on Dec. 7. 1923.
